Why Low Speed Vehicles
Tomberlin is based in Augusta, Georgia - the world's golf cart manufacturing capital and home of the 'Master's Tournament'. The philosophy established is a need for an exciting, safe, and fun neighborhood transportation that, until this point, was unmet. Tomberlin acquired industry leading experts while working with the foremost electric vehicle suppliers created the E-Merge E-2, E-Merge E-4 and soon the ANVIL LSVs.

What is an "LSV"?
"LSV" is short for "Low-Speed-Vehicle". The Federal Government defines an LSV as a car with a top speed of 25 mph which meets strict safety guidelines. LSVs are STREET LEGAL in most states on roads with speed limits up to 35 mph. LSVs can also be driven in private developments and local communities depending on local ordinances and regulations - consult your dealer, local DOT office and Community Standards for local operation and registration requirements.
